About Me
- Chez MishaLee
- I grew up in the South Carolina. So, much of my culture and cooking comes Southern style with a little Caribbean and Cajun flair. After I finished college I was tired of school and didn't go to Med School right away. I landed a great job in New York that took me all over the world. My passion for cooking was fueled by the many new recipes and food I experienced in my travels over the next sesveral years. I'be to every continent and nearly every country. Each time I went to a different country I collected new recipes. It was awesome! But finally, I wanted to do something different and to make a difference. I went to Med School and became a doctor. I practiced for a few years and now I want to share the many adventures of my life and the exiting and wonderful recipes for a healthly lifestyle. (Not those boring ones that are bland and have no tast but are "good for you")! But some real recipes with flavor and flair that anyone can make easily at home!
